The C7 spinning bike from the American company Bowflex is a unique piece of equipment. It's modern, reliable, and has all the features we want in a piece of equipment. It's also been fine-tuned to perfection. For anyone training at home, this is a really compelling and competitive offer. The model distinguishes itself from other similar products on the market primarily through its magnetic resistance (100 levels of resistance) and a profiled, vertically and horizontally adjustable sports saddle.

The bike also comes with all the extras and tools you need to make training fun and easy. Two 10 cm wide bottle holders ensure that you will always have access to water, even during an extremely strenuous workout. There are holders underneath them for the 1.5 kg dumbbells.

The JRNY system console gives you access to the application as well as training records and statistics. The bike's ability to play Netflix and Prime Video is a surefire recipe for training boredom. After paying for a subscription, the application has full functionality.

TOUCHSCREEN

A 7" color touchscreen is included with the console. This tool allows you to continuously manage your training parameters and progress. Additionally, you can see every video training right in front of you and follow the instructors' instructions exactly.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

The JRNY platform is connected to the computer of the C7 spinning bike. JRNY primarily offers an unlimited number of training sessions that are customized to your level of fitness, in addition to access to your training log and recent statistics. Bowflex claims that "a complex algorithm based on your previous calorie-burning history" makes this possible. You can access an infinite number of workouts created specifically for you based on your form by purchasing a JRNY subscription (the first two months are free).

RESISTANCE LEVELS

Each user can find a suitable level of resistance thanks to 100 manually adjustable levels. You can quickly change the settings if your training program includes strenuous climbs or intervals. The Explore the WorldTM subscription is not required for premium JRNY app users because they have free access to all routes. You have more access to training programs, more data, and a coach to assist you in your training when you use Explore the World from within JRNY. You can also race with your friends on Zwift, participate in competitions, and ride on virtual routes. You don't need to be a speed reader or have a cadence for this. The C7 bike is equipped with everything you require to explore Watopia's virtual paths.

SAFETY BRAKE

The brake on the frame allows for a quick response and an instantaneous stop of the wheel.

ADJUSTABLE SEAT

The saddle can be adjusted in two planes. It can be adjusted front-back and up-down. This ensures that both tall and short people can use the equipment comfortably. The distance between the handlebars and the saddle can also be altered. As a result, each user will settle into a cozy position for training.

VERSATILE PEDALS

The large pedals have cleats on one side for SPD shoe attachment and a side with adjustable straps.

EXTENDED STEERING WHEEL

The extended steering wheel offers up to six different grip configurations.

HEART MEASUREMENT

You can train in the proper heart rate zone to get even better results by measuring your pulse with the included forearm band or the optional telemetry belt. Please be aware that the results of the pulse measurement are approximative (indicative). The equipment is not a medical item. We advise using a telemetry belt for more precise results.
