Standard

Provides a constant isotonic resistance throughout the entire range of motion. Similar to doing traditional free-weight exercises.

Eccentric

Resistance is greater during the eccentric phase of the exercise (cable retracts) compared to the concentric phase, which helps maximize muscle growth and stimulation.

BUILT-IN SAFETY

Resistance Stop Point

Works as a digital safety spotter. The user can set the stop point at which the weight will begin. Below the stop point, the weight is released.

Static Safety Feature

Releases weight to a minimum when the cable is held at the same position for ten seconds (time and percentage of weight reduction are adjustable through the SOLE+ app)

Tilt Safety Feature

When one cable gets pulled further out than another, the machine will drop resistance to a minimum and pause the workout until you reset resistance (distance and percentage of weight reduction are adjustable through the SOLE+ app)

Drop-Safety Feature

Letting go of the cable at any point will immediately activate this feature, and all weight will be released. After a brief period, the cables will retract with minimal resistance.
