This Pilates chair comprises a cushioned seat, a spring system, and a foot pedal. The versatile pedals allow users to target different muscle groups, enabling a diverse range of exercises that enhance core strength, upper and lower body conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Moreover, the chair offers adjustable resistance levels through its springs, catering to users at various fitness levels.

Despite its visual similarity to its predecessor, the Combo Chair III incorporates significant enhancements to improve its operation, ensuring a smoother and quieter experience. These upgrades encompass a new pedal locking mechanism, a redesigned pedal axle with roller bearings, newly rubber-coated silent spring hooks, and a chrome-finished spring tree for enhanced durability. The Combo Chair III is available in both Flat Packed and Built configurations.
